Customized fees for dependable mobile notaries
We work directly with nationwide lenders and individual title/escrow branches to determine the best fee structure for you needs.
If used repeatedly we offer discounted rates. Contact an account representative for details.
Our base rates are:
$35 - Quit claim deed/Single documents
$150 - Single signing (home closing, single mtg)
$200 - First and second mortgages together
$50 - Premium surcharge for services between 9pm and 7am
If there is ever an error made by Notary On Wheels, it will be fixed at no charge as quickly as possible. If a borrower refuses to sign or a loan does not fund, the full fee will be charged.
We also do Power of Attorney and last Will and Testament at most health care/hospice facilities valleywide. Rates start at:
$35 Single signing
• No Show, Refuse to Sign Documents, Loan Canceled:
The confirm fee is still due and payable. This includes document printing fee.
• $35.00 Cancellation Fee applied with 2hours or less notice.
